President and CEO
Oscar Gonzalez (President and CEO) is the heart of G+O Group—an industry connector, Latinx leader, and trusted advisor to today’s most dynamic organizations in Wall Street, alternative investments at all stages, and tech.
With over a decade of experience in Wall Street and alternative investments, Oscar has held leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, SkyBridge Capital, and Penserra. He helped launch the iconic SALT Conference and played a key role in its expansion into Asia, shaping what The New York Times called “one of Wall Street’s most prominent gatherings.” Oscar’s passion for community is reflected in his founding of Latinos in Finance, a nonprofit that has empowered over 2,000 Latinx professionals nationwide since 2007. As a senior advisor to the Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s Investors Forum, he continues to foster meaningful change at the intersection of capital and culture. His work bridges executive leadership, investors, and emerging alternative investment platforms. Clients trust Oscar not only for his track record—but for his vision. At G+O Group, his mission is clear: open doors, build futures, and redefine what leadership looks like.
